Igniting students' passion for learning within a small learning community that embraces academic excellence. We develop growth mindset by providing opportunities for creative play and expect students to effectively articulate their learning.
A New Tech Network & Avid Elementary School
At New Tech schools, students and teachers alike have exceptional ownership of learning experience and their school environment. Working on projects and in teams, students are accountable to their peers and acquire a level of responsibility similar to what they would experience in a professional work environment. The AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Elementary philosophy is grounded in the idea that the growth mindset can be taught to students, so that they succeed in following their dreams and fulfilling their aspirations.

Children’s Teaching Garden
School is starting and the garden is ready for hands on action! We were hard at work over the summer making sure when the kids and teachers came back they would have their outdoor classroom. While there are several beds waiting for the kids to plant, we did some test runs in some of the beds and around the fence. The Summer camp benefited from fresh basil, squash, eggplant and watermelon!
